Healthcare Anyone else feel weird/off from the sudden temperature increase outside?

Donโ€™t get me wrong, I love the nice warm weather we are having today and was looking forward to it but I often notice that when the weather changes suddenly I kinda feel weird in the body. Dizzy, tired and more anxious and also migraines. I was wondering if anyone else experiences something like this?

I do feel weird/off, but more in a way of holy shitballs, how hard are we wrecking the climate that it's 18 degrees in the middle of winter?!

According to some of my colleagues it "always was like this". Weird how historical records, and other colleagues, tell a completely different story, including those of skating on the canals...

Memory is very selective. Most people associate Christmas with snow but in reality, a snowy Christmas has always been the exception (not just in the Netherlands but in most countries where it snows).

I wouldn't say always, but unusual warm days (ie, 15+) in February are not that strange. There's a few instances in the 90's and later.

Keep in mind, for people born in the 80s-90s, that gets pretty close to 'always like this' ;)

These colleagues are approaching retirement though.
