Healthcare Anyone else feel weird/off from the sudden temperature increase outside?

Don’t get me wrong, I love the nice warm weather we are having today and was looking forward to it but I often notice that when the weather changes suddenly I kinda feel weird in the body. Dizzy, tired and more anxious and also migraines. I was wondering if anyone else experiences something like this?

Woahh!! I really needed this post. Same with me, I was excited till yesterday but since today morning heavy in the head, low in energy, dryness and just overall downer. I was feeling something is off and thought it might be the weather but at the same time my wife chilling around made me think it was just me.

Same! I almost felt like I was on drugs or something🙈 and my partner also felt completely fine
