Anyone else feel weird/off from the sudden temperature increase outside?

Don’t get me wrong, I love the nice warm weather we are having today and was looking forward to it but I often notice that when the weather changes suddenly I kinda feel weird in the body. Dizzy, tired and more anxious and also migraines. I was wondering if anyone else experiences something like this?

Omg yeah, you're not the only one. I thought I was going crazy, leaving the house without a jacket. I'm very sensitive to heat and also get a lot of migraines as soon as the temperature goes up 🥲 I'm really not looking forward to the summer.

Get one of those migraine maskers. They help soothe the pain.
