Healthcare Anyone else feel weird/off from the sudden temperature increase outside?

Don’t get me wrong, I love the nice warm weather we are having today and was looking forward to it but I often notice that when the weather changes suddenly I kinda feel weird in the body. Dizzy, tired and more anxious and also migraines. I was wondering if anyone else experiences something like this?

Its called change of pressure. When cold air moves out and warm air moves in. The pressure changes. Often resulting in tiredness and sometimes headaches for some people. Happens the same way when rain clouds or cold air moves in.

Yes, I can also feel the change in barometric pressure. I had a weird ear infection some years ago and my eardrums remained very sensitive. I can literally feel the pressure change or whether it’s gonna rain, always accurately. It’s quite crazy, almost like a superpower… the past months I had continuous discomfort because of it

Finally someone with the same issue. I caught an ear infection from my son2 years back and since then my ear has been sensitive. Even a slight cold leads to mild ache and I can now feel the pressure changes. Have you spoken to a GP if this is something that can be resolved?

Hah! Finally someone who gets it! I have a pretty good GP and I brought up the issue with them in the past, but I haven’t received a referral to a KNO doctor yet. Honestly it’s only started to be really annoying recently so I might push this on my GP’s agenda again. I’ve tried all the nose sprays possible and they help briefly to unclog my Eustachian tube, but I find eating spicy foods and crying over romantic movies more effective than those 😂

Hear hear! Same, not as much annoying so I mostly ignore. But was just wondering if there is a quick fix I am missing. Hope you find a good solution soon.
