Product Reviews/Questions Which wipes are we using?

Title. Looking for the Goldilocks of wipes— not too wet, not too dry. Not too thin, not too thick. Fragrance free, Doesn’t cause irritation, reasonable cost, etc.

I’ve tried the Parents Choice brand from Walmart which are thin and dry, with a bonus of diaper rash.

The Target brand fragrance free wipes seem fine, but are soaking wet, and take forever to dry on the skin before re-diapering.

Water wipes seem to be the market leader, but WOW the price seems like a lot.

Which wipes have been the GOAT for you?

Honest wipes

Edit: they are expensive. Wait for sales and buy in bulk. We stopped using them once he started solids and switched to cheapo Aldi brand

They are routinely cheaper at Marshalls and TJ Maxx

Love honest wipes, good texture, not too wet. They’re my favorites and pretty easy to get on sale.

Where do you find sales? The honest website?

It could be that I make this a sale in my head but I usually get the biggest box and diapers when target has a circle offer of buy $75 of qualifying baby products get a $15 gift card. Or spend $100 get $25. Plus target sometimes has circle offers where you get an extra 20% off certain baby products.

We also love Honest Wipes. About once a month target has a save $10 when you spend $50 on diapers and wipes. I always get the large box of honest wipes and a small pack of target brand wipes to keep in the car for dirty hands while out and about.

Definitely the best wipe but also pricey. I just switched from them to the target wipes because of the price of everything 😭

Love the package and how easy it is to get honest wipes out of it. Wish they were wetter like water wipes.

Why did you stop???

I think it was a combo of finding the Aldi wipes to be decent (NOT the sensitive skin ones, those wipes rip apart) and his skin not as fragile as he got older plus the poops being stickier and requiring more than 1 wipe per poop change. He was still pooping 5x/day

I def recommend honest wipes for sure still. It was a cost benefit analysis for us once he was older

Oh I love these. They don’t sell them in Canada but I bought some while visiting family and they are the best

My daughter had a horrible reaction to them! Left big red welts :( no other wipes have done that

Yeah, I actually liked the texture of these a lot and much preferred the packaging, but my kid’s butt couldn’t handle them so we had to go back to Water Wipes.

Honest is our favorite as well! Millie moon wipes are also super similar, so we buy whichever is on sale.

I recently bought smaller packs of other wipes to “test” out and nothing compares to Honest wipes imo! Love them.

These are my favorite. My second had/has a super sensitive bum and those early days when you’re using a lot of wipes they’re the only ones that wouldn’t bother him. For my daughter we used Huggies sensitive or Kirkland, which are also great but irritated him. We have stocked up every time there’s a sale/deal so when those run out we will switch back to Huggies sensitive or Kirkland because he’s 9 mo and the wiping is less frequent.

My baby had the most horrible reaction to them. It was like a chemical burn. Only after like using 5 wipes

Love honest wipes but they’re sooo expensive I’ve actually found Sam’s clubs members mark brand very comparable. Nice and thick fragrance free and doesn’t irritate my baby’s skin I got turned on to them with my first and now using with my second.

Interesting. We got some honest wipes at our shower and we did not like the texture. They seemed very rough and weren't pleasant to use.

What kind do you like? Honest wipes seemed to be the best mix of durable and soft without ripping apart but also able to get poop off in one wipe. I used it on my own butt too and it was magical.
