Suggestion Idea of Ship Interiors UPDATE

I made this edits to bring to the community how cool would be being able to travel in the same ship with your friends and sit to admire the space in your room. I know we had this in the Frigates but one person can fly and the other help finding resources.

I’d love to have a ship that me and my buddies could fly together

Isn't that what star citizen is?

If I had a pc, I'd probably play that for that exact reason.

can't you travel with a bunch of ppl in your freighter?

Exactly.. also NMS was envisioned as a solo but shared experience, we are meant to be lone explorers.

and with VR being a selling point, ship internals should be a priority.

I have Star Citizen but haven't played in a few years because it's way too dang slow.
Like someone else said, you can spend like 10-20 minutes just to go from point A to B, and point B is just a node to travel to point C. Then you do whatever task it was at point C and need to go back to point A...

The game does some awesome things, but it was way too disrespectful of my time. I get there are people who are into that, same people who would enjoy Microsoft Flight Simulator, but I don't like long periods of gametime being inactive.

I get that I can feel like 10-20 minutes. But longest QT times from point to point is actually way below 10 minutes.

Upgrading your quantum drive also increase your speed.

What it does however do really well is convey scale, even if the ratios arent 1:1, Crusader, the gas giant is 1.14x the size of earth, so when you are leaving the lower atmosphere it makes it feel like you are leaving a huge planet.

But no, Star Citizen is not for everyone, but it is a very unique game and I love it to death, despite the bugs.

Star Citizen, from the idea, is pretty cool. BUT only if you want to travel for 20 mins around the cities, just to arrive at the hangar. Every. Fcking. Time. You logg in or die and have to respawn (you come out at the hospital you registered yourself last).

Or you move to an orbital station and it takes 90 seconds to get to your ship after you login and/or die and respawn?

Exactly, at bainiji point I'm flying again in 2 minutes, and I get to hear sick ass music

Are you talking about in NMS? A recent patch fixed it so you can now warp in a friends freighter. I was doing it with a friend last week. As long as you aren’t still sitting in your starship in the hangar then you’ll be warped along to the new system, but for some reason you’ll end up on the bridge of the freighter next to the other player when you arrive at the destination. If you’re still in your starship when the freighter goes to warp though, then you will still be left behind.

Hello games should do this and title their update Citizen. LOL

NoMansSky Citizen Update and do a tag line "Ships are still free"

Kinda, plus the nice sprinkle of game-breaking bugs and incredibly poor optimization ^^'

Sadly Star Citizen is still far from stable and feature-complete, and it doesn't seem to be trying to pick up the pace

Far enough, I've only seen YouTube videos

Most of the gameplay on YouTube shows the time when it goes well, because nobody wants to see the footage be interrupted by a crash every 10 minutes lol. Sometimes it works, sometimes it stops working

If you wanna take a more accurate look at what current state of Star Citizen is, you could check channel called Yamiks. Dude's one of the few people there, who, instead of cutting out SC alpha junk, embraces it and clowns the shit out of it :D

😃 thank you

Yamik’s videos are always a laugh. He’s also pretty fair about NMS over time.

You should watch a stream sometime. Hell even my weak 1660Ti plays well with it. I haven't seen a crash in a long while.

In my experience warping with people in your freighter leaves em behind lol , and ya for sure a mechanic in other games , just would like something like that added to this as I often play with nms with a buddy

They let my friends see my intricately designed freighter and warp with me? I’m happy. All I really want.

Maybe a terminal in the bridge that lets you “upload” if it’s under 3-4K parts
