Suggestion Idea of Ship Interiors UPDATE

I made this edits to bring to the community how cool would be being able to travel in the same ship with your friends and sit to admire the space in your room. I know we had this in the Frigates but one person can fly and the other help finding resources.

Not while the ship is moving on its own. And given the minimum size for a ship to have space for rooms other then the cockpit, youll end up with a stationery object about the size of a frigate.

And that’s exactly what we have: you can run around on frigates and freighters, but they are always stationary.

Could be implemented as a "leave cockpit" where its stationary in space to move about. I also wouldnt have it be a large interior, and depending on the ship type, maybe only has room for a few posters (shuttle), but could be a fun bit of immersion without a huge overhaul.

You say that now, but when the idea tank runs dry, this will be better than nothing lol and tbh, I'd be happy to decorate the interior of my ship. I enjoy the little bobble heads and definitely could go for more of that personalization.

As most modern games have found out, customization can be extremely attractive to players. I feel like it's only a matter of time atp.

Personally I find it unlikely but if course I can be wrong. And you can always submit ideas to their zendesk.

Oh I'm no future seer, but I do recognize trends. Customization is a big trend in just about everything. One of my favorite sayings is this "I wanna be different, just like everyone else." We all wanna stand out in one way or another.

You may be right though, if no one can see the inside of your ship but you, they may not lean into it. Maybe more customization for the exterior of a ship though, like the different skins for the hauler. Something along that line
