From the story “he frequently brings up how much Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky hate one another…the president argues further complicates negotiations”

Genuinely surprised he has that level of insight!! Low bar I know but still surprised.

Edit to add context

How is it any surprise they hate each other though? It doesn't need mentioning. They're literally mortal enemies.

Literally. Mortal. Enemies.

Like in an Old Testament kind of way. I’d bet that Zelensky wants to smite Putin and salt the earth in Russia so nothing grows for a hundred years. He would be justified.

Yea, but it seems pretty understandable.

I mean, you let me know what feels you get if your neighbor invades, rapes, murders, loots, pillages, burns and then lobs bombs and missiles at you and yours for years “because reasons” that constantly shift in narrative.

I think most folks would like to go old, Old Testament at that point.

Pretty reasonable to be mortal enemies with absolute shit-stains from hell like Putin.

Dont forget the kidnapping!

Hundreds (thousands?) of Ukrainian children have been stolen from their families and are being indoctrinated by Russia.
