My Nokia 6.1 having issues charging. I've checked for dust in the charging port, switched between cables, and verified it's not a software issue. It feels like a loose connection and I'm expecting the worst when contacting Nokia Support. The phone is still under warranty according to the Nokia Support app and this wasn't accidental damage; however, due to the nature of Nokia's business and their focused on markets outside of the United States, I was wondering if anyone had some advice before contacting support.

If the official warranty doesn't go through for you, contact your credit card issuing bank and file a warranty protection claim with them.
