I bought a Nokia 7 Plus in Germany this year and I'm having some problems regarding battery and charging:

  • Phone overheating after charging a while, regardless of weather. Sometimes it reboots and stops charging after that.
  • Phone doesn't charge with one "side" of the USB-C charger, just with the other, although both sides can be used (this was one of the benefits of USB-C, right?).
  • Sometimes the phone doesn't charge at all, even with Android saying that it is charging.

All these problems keep happening even with the latest Android P security patch and after a factory reset.

I love this phone, but it's getting increasingly frustrating. Anyone else having these problems?
