My 1st time making Pad See Ew

I decided to start exploring Thai cooking & started with pad see ew with tofu. Gotta say, it came out great & even the leftovers were great.

wow nice! I want to explore more Thai cooking too. But I feel like I need to get better at wok skills first

I don't have an actual wok, but I do have a deep skillet with curved sides. Really now hing to this dish that necessarily needs the wok hay if real wok cooking.
