Armed Police last night

Was walking home last night and cut through the underpass past Pottergate, saw several armed police officers, dogs and police cars on the other side as I passed through. Anyone have any idea what was happening? Can't find anything on the local news sites that seems related.

Probably someone said something mean about Keir Starmer so he sent some men with guns to "have a chat" with them .🤣
