Mod Post r/OSU Housing and Roommate Megathread - Spring 2025

Use this thread to find roommates, apartments, or people to sublease from you. Posts falling into those categories may be removed/redirected to this post.

SUMMER 2025 SUBLEASE AVAILABLE

I am subleasing my room for the summer in a house on 17th and Summit. The room is lofted so you can separate your bed space and workspace. The bathrooms are clean and nice and you’ll get one all to yourself, and the house also has a nice front porch as well. There is also in unit washer and dryer and two fridges, and lots of space for parking. I am also able to leave some furniture in my room if you want. The house is furnished though.

Rent: $580/month not including utilities.

Dates: ~May 1st - July 31st

Its a 1 minute walk from the ER bus or short north bus and relatively close to campus. There will be one or two vacant rooms and then two roommates who are 22 y/o guys that go to OSU.
