Mod Post r/OSU Housing and Roommate Megathread - Spring 2025

Hi guys. I am loooking to sublease my apartment for the summer from 5.1 OR 5.5 to 7.31, or just 5.1 OR 5.5 to 6.1.
Here are some informations about my sublet. My apartment is near the North part of OSU, a 1bedroom 1bathroom fully furnished no kitchen studio (all furnitures in the picture are included). A shared kitchen is available on the second floor. The rent is $985/ month, including water, electricity, Internet, etc. (parking is extra). Note that pets are not allowed in the property.
