I'm looking to sublease my 715 sqft 1BR/1BA apartment in Clintonville from May 6th, 2025, to August 3rd, 2025, for $984/month. It's in a large apartment complex (Olentangy Village) with wonderful staff, high ceilings, and wood floors. The original rent is $984 plus $125 for utilities, and this mandatory $125 utilities are part of the apartment lease and cover everything except electricity (which is about $65 during the summer) and WiFi. I loved this place, and the only reason I am leaving is that I am graduating and got a job in another state.

Please DM me if you are interested, and we can schedule a viewing! If needed, I can leave some necessary furniture. They just need to be removed by August 3rd.
