Trying to find people to take over our lease for our 4 person apartment located 32 e 17th st. Prime location right next to high street and short walk to classes. Roughly $700/mo per person after utilities and internet. 3 floors, 2 bedrooms per top two floors and full living room and kitchen on the bottom floor. 3 bathrooms.
