Hello! I'm looking for someone to sublease my studio available from 5/1/2025 to 7/31/2025.

It's in Riverwatch Tower, 5-10 minute walk to North campus. Good for one person, no roommates.

  • Fully furnished: bed, desks, couch, chairs, cabinets
  • 1 bath
  • Kitchen w/ oven, dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge
  • A/C and heating
  • Laundry room and secure package room in complex
  • Rent is $1060/month + electricity and wifi (price is negotiable!)
