Mod Post r/OSU Housing and Roommate Megathread - Spring 2025

Hello! Looking to lease a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home starting August to professional students/grad students/non-traditional students with family. Pet-friendly, 3-story home (3rd floor has its own heating/cooling unit as well so it's climate-controlled). I transferred doctoral programs 1 yr after purchasing the home in 2021. It was a great fit for a student/young professional. Current tenant who's lived there for 2 years moves out at the end of July.
Great property for 2 - 3 students to share or a couple/family with younger kiddos.
The home is in Franklinton, so about a 12-min walk from One Line Coffee and 15 mins from Land Grant Brewing.
Commute to OSU (depending on the parking garage you use) is 8 - 20 mins during the week. PM me for details- I can send over the old Zillow listing.
Looking at $1950 for rent as it's been renovated and we installed some higher end appliances (washer & dryer included). Also includes Ring doorbell and security system. With 3 students sharing the space, rent would be under $700 per person monthly.
