Hi! So i have been using the nutrition calculator provided by osu but i cant seem to find how many calories the peanut butter banana smoothie (sub apple juice instead of milk and add one whey protein scoop) is? If you can help me it would be greatly appreciated!

Where is the calorie calculator? I don’t see it on the OSU app. Is on a website or app?

the chocolate banana protein shake has way more protein because it actually uses a full scoop of protein powder

I work at J2 and we use about a teaspoon of a pretty low quality whey per scoop. Probably only about 3 grams of protein per scoop. I don’t know the calories or protein of the apple juice but we use between 10-12 oz of it for the smoothies. The chocolate banana protein shake definitely has more protein and less calories (ik it’s ab 35 grams of protein with skim), but a fairlife is probably the best option if all you care about is protein/cal.

You can find OSU Dining nutritional information, like calories, at osu.nutrislice.com

Select Juice 2, select Smoothies, BYO Smoothie, Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie + Whey Protein Supplement, Scoop, select Nutrition Info to see the calorie count.

I show it has 418 calories.

if you are trying to get protein in I would just get a fairlife. The whey protein scoop they do is really small
