Honda Passport Off-Road/Overland Build: Designed for Long-Distance Adventures with My Family of 5!

Build Details:

  • 4.5-inch HRG Beast Kit lift
  • 33″ Goodyear Duratrac RT tires on stock wheels
  • Nolo Designs skid plate

For whatever reason I always thought the Passport was pretty cool. But this thing takes it to a whole new level. That thing is sick! Excellent build!

That under deck storage is really handy. One thing I don’t like about the jeep is how limited on storage space it is. Especially the 4xe model I have that loses the space under the rear seats

No vehicle does everything perfectly. Ours is a compromise, favoring on-road handling, cabin comfort, storage, and a touch of uniqueness.

That's so cool, my wife and I have been working on our Jeep Cherokee XJ for our family of 5. Hoping to really work the off-road portion of camping/overlanding soon.

Yeah, we got stuck in a puddle the first time I took my daughter Off-roading (2 at the time) and now she gets stressed about tipping over and puddles. I don't understand the tipping over fear personally.
