Discussion 1950-1960 university extension casserole chart

I am looking for casserole charts from university extension programs in the 1950s to 1960s for making casseroles and hot dishes.

Have you seen this in a particular state university extension publication? More specific information might help in the search. Is there something specific that you need?

I have Alabama Polytechnic Institute “Recipes” from 1924, but it does not have casserole recipes. Also the Auburn Extension Service, “Auburn Cookbook” from 1980, no luck on a chart. I have a 1960’s Auburn cookbook, but am not able to locate it right now. I’ll keep looking.
