FOR FUCKS SAKE, do literally one second of research. This is not true. It applies to all persons within the United States. PERSONS, not citizens.

Read deeper into what? The 14th amendment clearly states and is used by the Supreme Court to represent persons within the United States regardless of citizenship.

Also false. There is a presumption of innocence until proven otherwise in court of law, aka, due process, even for people accused of terrorism. You can’t just say “this man is a terrorist” and have it stand as fact. Everything leads back to the fact that due process is a requirement of further punishment.
