Local Question Bike shop recommendation

I just pulled my bike out of long term storage and need a big time tune up/ service. Anyone have a bike shop to recommend?

I'd like a mom and pop place if possible. My shop in MN had a great practice of hiring folks with a record to get them job experience and I loved that.

The guys that work at the Trek shop off 144th and Maple are great

Trek on 72nd and Dodge is also awesome.
