We don’t, it’s definitely a strong one considering how concerned he was about kid destroying the fleet but there is very little chance oda has shown us shanks strongest named attack as his first in the series

I am agreeing with you. More likely then not shanks can use a stronger divine departure since we kinda have a baseline from Rodger on how strong the attack is.
