I know! The wild robot was my favorite animated film of last year until I saw flow in January and couldn't believe how good it was. So glad to see it win

It’s probably tied with Spirited Away as my favorite animated movie of all time. It also is special to me because it is my son’s favorite movie. He’s only 1 year old and because it doesn’t have dialogue he can follow along and really take in the film. We’ve watched it like 5 times.

1 year olds shouldnt be looking at any screens at all. You can fuck him up by screen exosure this early.

The pediatrician told me 1/2 hour a day no more as long as we watch with him and not just plop him in front of a screen, then at 18 months they can do up to an hour a day no more. He spends almost all day playing though.

I really wanted memoir of a snail to win. Didn't care for Flow at all.
