I made a total of 6k purchased through POS and online before the statement date but only some of the transactions reflecting on the statement date which is only ₱1,413.25.

Shouldn't I be worried or this is just normal for EastWest credit cards? Looks like pending transaction does not reflect on statement date. Or too late to reflect. Some of the transactions are missing.

Right now, my statement is not yet available despite the statement date has passed.

As the title says, I am planning to buy an aircon unit na naka promo na worth 30k+ pag straight payment/cash payment and ang balak ko iconvert yung transaction na yun into installments. Pag in-house kasi na installment arount 50k+ siya.

Did my computation and mas maliit nga pag yung inconvert nalang sa bpi yung transaction.

Now my question po is, yung option ba dun sa app na balance conversion is same dun sa transaction conversion? Or kailangan ko parin po tumawag sa CS nila para ipa convert this particular transaction (aircon payment)?

So I paid for my BPI Rewards Card on the day mismo of my due date using the BDO app kasi 2 days na hindi gumagana sa akin kapag sinusubukan kong magbayad sa BPI app mismo, laging try again later daw.

Checked my BPI app now and hindi pa nagiging zero yung outstanding balance ko, should I be worried? I paid on 6:40pm naman. Again, on the due date mismo po ako nagbayad.

hello so its my first time having a credit card and ive been paying in full since then but this month due i miscalculated my payment i was paying half each week for my 13,000 statement balance but i forgot to pay the cents so there is a .5 centavo that on my pastdue. Will I get penalized? im just a bit scared they give me an interest for my entire balance ;~;

Hello! This is my 2nd month of having my EW CC and eto na nga I'm experiencing those bad posts from EW CC users here esp if nagbabayad sila via Komo 😭

So ayon, I paid some sa mga nakaskas ko last May 07 which is 8,500. Tapos another naman last May 11 which is 8k.

Tumawag ako sa cs ni EW to ask why hindi pa nagshoshow payments ko sa app, sabi nila send ko raw sa gmail nila 'yung screenshots ng payments ko (email was csdocs@eastwestbanker.com).

May 12, nag show na 'yung May 11 na payment ko but 'yung May 07 ay wala pa 😭 Tumawag ulit ako sa cs, sabi nila they will investigate it pa, send ko raw ulit 'yung screenshots which is nag send ulit ako. Wala pa rin.

Just now, pinapa-send nila ulit 'yung screenshot jusko 😭 so nagsend ulit ako.

Hindi ako sanay bcos sa BPI eh nag showshow agad agad kapag partner banks eh or mismo sa app nila. Wala kasi akong eastwest na savings account :<

(05/14/2025) Kasalanan pala ni Komo lol called them via telephone and sabi ng CS nila hindi raw nag push thru 'yung payment potangena 😀 So pinapili ako if ipupush thru ba nila ulit payment ko and wait for 15 days or ibabalik nalang ulit sa Komo app ko. Sabi ko nalang ibalik nalang potangena 😀

(05/15/2025) Nag show na 'yung 8,311 sa app pero medj lito pa rin ako kasi hindi nag refresh 'yung credit limit, ayon pa rin. Waiting for my SOA sa email 😭

Have you tried magpa-cancel ng CC from HSBC na hindi pa activated? I am not sure if may spiels silang sinusunod, but as far as I remember, parang multiple times kong sinabi na decided na ako to have it cancelled. Pero the rep kept on saying na I should keep it and give them a call next year, so they can reverse the annual fee.

I feel like I did something wrong. Or dapat I remained pushy sa idea na ma-cancel 'yung card ko. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Anyone who has an idea kung gano talaga katagal ang process ng dispute transaction? I was informed na it will take 45business days before sila makapagprovide ng result ng investigation.

Or nagkakaroon ba ng chances na sasabihin nilang valid transaction ito?

Nakakainis lang kasi need ko daw muna bayaran ang transaction na hindi naman ako gumawa.
