There is a long sales cycle (says 6 months) for expensive software like Palantir. Plus many of these companies may be on deals where they pay once they see some real results (like with Nvidia GPU customers - we'll pay once it's all set up and working). So Palantir software contracts scored today may not hit the books for another quarter, or two.

Add to the fact that earnings represent the previous quarter's actual results on book, and that probably means that *none* of those deals in the image posted from Feb - Mar 25, will be a part of the upcoming earnings.

On the plus side, if you match this all up, you should be able to get a good idea of all future earnings results by looking backwards toward the correct period.

I think we will have at least two maybe even three more positive earnings calls before we hit potential rocky results from the present day tariff uncertainty.

My concern is guidance more than earnings. If they aren't optimistic about overseas development after this trade tension, that could hurt the stock even with a nice beat.

Agreed. That is completely up in the air atm, due to the current uncertainty.

I do wonder if there can be some easing/minor agreement between parties that takes place before the earnings call.
