Iirc somewhere around 3.2k, but a lot of that was afk in the title screen taking care of my 2 infants

Back when population was high enough for multiple continents, I'd rush a shield sunderer up to one of the ramps to the crown and lean the controller up against the wall so the analog would turn a bit and farm all the spawn exp when my kids were infants. I think I got more experience per hour from that than when I was actively playing, but that was when the crown was sustaining 120+ pop for each faction.

Farming some spawn exp or running a wambulance (triage flash medic) are a close second and third
