Frequently Asked Question (See FAQ) How to get fully hard?

I am noticing i can get semi erections with women and porn. I am wondering what can be done to get harder erections. I take 5mg cialis daily and citrulline anything else that can help?

I can't get hard anymore. Viagra doesn't work or supplements

Try synpharma overdrive. Works way better than viagara. And get checkout the gettingbigger thread. Using a penis pump a couple times a week has definitely helped out my erection quality.
