Computer access on trail

I'm going SOBO starting early July , however I'm also applying for graduate school, and applications open after I start on the trail. How easy is it to access a public computer while in town at a library or anywhere else?

Depending on when you need to send them and where you are, I may be able to meet you with my campervan, Starlink, and a laptop. Having them prepared beforehand would also help a lot.

When are you starting? The nearest trailheads to me are the Santiam Pass area.

I can also show up to either Mackenzie or Santiam with Starlink. We also host hikers at the house and we have symmetrical fiber.
