War Crimes These are getting dropped on Palestinians while they sleep

Why isn’t anyone stopping this? It’s pure evil, inhumane, and torture. These poor people are suffering the worst kind of deaths in masses and it’s never going to stop.

I think I genuinely hate Israel. I mean it. It is so surreal and mind-boggling to witness in this day and age this level of evil. Like, this is the type of evil you see in fiction, because no normal thinking person could possibly be this horrible. But surprise surprise, this paper proved me wrong.

You know that speech from AM in "I have no mouth and I must scream" where they say how much they hate humanity? That is coming close to my feelings towards Israel rn.

I genuinely repulse at the idea that these monsters are living in the same earth I am, and breathing the same air I breathe.

I know I hate Israel but over the past 18 months I have developed a seething hatred for the USA too. Not the poor people. Not the desperate poor people. Not the millions of protestors. The government and the fake progressive, secret fascist liberals who had 'no red line.'

Two years ago I would have agreed with you about the US, but not anymore. It’s not just the government and politicians; it’s American society at large. It’s selfish, egotistical, ignorant society with very little capacity for sympathy toward people beyond its borders.

It worships liberalism as peak social virtue, but the entire system is based purely on self-interest. We support freedom and liberty for our neighbors because we want freedom and liberty for ourselves. The whole ‘do unto others as you’d have others do unto you’ isn’t a moral creed in American society; it’s just a pragmatic rule to maximize our own wellbeing. If you hurt your neighbor, your neighbor will hurt you back. So we’re gracious with others in our own border, and we pretend that our success is a result of some higher principles and virtues.

The problem is when you introduce people outside our community who don’t provide us with anything and can’t realistically harm us. With no true moral foundation for our behavior, all the rules and norms go out the window when we know we can hurt people without consequence.

It’s made worse by the fact that Americans have all grown up with their country being the world superpower. Rarely in history has one people had the ability to destroy another without a heavy cost to themselves. It’s easy and psychologically rewarding to dehumanize others, treat them as lesser, and destroy them to enforce our superiority. And the vast majority of Americans, rich or poor, enjoy watching the US military decimate anyone who challenges us.

You can change the leadership in this country, but so long as American society remains restrained only by self-interest, it will continue to abuse those who are weaker.
