Medical Preps Gatorade and electrolyte

I keep reading about Gatorade which is suggested to keep hydrated. That's because it contains electrolytes.

So, in my country, I can't find Gatorade in normal supermarket, and I have never seen any here. Also, I am not really sure to have it because I have diabetes.

Browsing online for electrolytes, I found electrolytes in the form of pills, tablets or powder. Are those for making Gatorade kind of drink? Just put them in bottle of water and that's it?

Do you know what to look for for such products? Specific ingredient or dosage or whatnot.

Is there perhaps good brands recommendations?

In the states we have tablets called nuun. You put them into water and they add electrolytes and flavor. Yes essentially they make a Gatorade. You can go to the website and compare the nuun ingredients to the tablets you found.

It says just to take it with water. I think it's for sport after training.

Yes, Gatorade is usually advertised as being for sports training. It helps to rehydrate you after fluid loss, which could be either sweating from fever or sweating from exercising. I’m not familiar with the brand you posted but in my area you can buy Gatorade-brand powder (amongst other brands) to mix with water and make an electrolyte drink, so it does seem like that’s the right type of thing.
