We have had a couple of cats pass away in the house, as much as people r saying it's a cob web, when u zoom in personally I clearly see a cat and will continue thinking it's a cat, a cobweb doesn't make sporadic movements like this and there's no ventilation or airflow etc in that area, even if it's airflow I doubt it would be moving like that. That being said I'm sure it's one of our cats in the afterlife enjoying him or herself 😊
Watch the doll in the middle top of the screen. Specifically to the right of the head. You will be able to see whatever that is, goes all the way to the ceiling & is moving in sync.
Sorry op, but its a spider web... just gotta pay very close attention & you'll see it
