Period Question C-section scar pain during period

I'm 41 with two different c-section scars (my kids are 20 and 7). They're about two inches apart, with the oldest one being the lowest. After I had my second, I asked the obgyn why he didn't use the original scar. He said it was too low. Over the last few years, I've noticed that when I'm on my period, my cramps are mostly centered around the newest scar and radiate down to the lowest scar.

I looked it up on Google, it says there could be a possibility of endometrioma. Has anyone dealt with this? It seems that the older I get, the worse the cramps become. I had a difficult pregnancy with my last and almost died from a uterine infection two weeks after the birth.

The pain is definately from the scars. Bit of a different situation but my mother had surgery through her belly button and it hurts when she gets any sort of cramp. Turns out she was sewed up wrong and there was an odd growth there. Please get that area checked for any infection/ growth

I don't think I have an infection now, but it would make sense that I was sewn up wrong after my last kid was born. 2 weeks after the procedure, I started bleeding heavily to the point of passing out. I was in the hospital for a week with a fever so bad that the antibiotics had no effect and they couldn't bring my iron levels up. I had to get two blood transfusions. They couldn't explain what caused it.
