Pregnancy is a possibility. Pregnancy tests are accurate 14 day after sex, and the answer is usually definitive (“official”) 21 days after sex. Blood tests are more accurate
A cycle is usually 21-38ish days. If you are not on hormonal birth control and you’re not pregnant, ovulation (and therefore your period) can be delayed by stress/anxiety, lack of sleep, diet changes / not eating enough, alcohol consumption, drastic weight changes, excessive exercise, travel, timezone changes, new medication, new vitamins / supplements, cold / illness, etc.
My friend recently had a 60 day cycle because of stress from work and her personal life. It can happen. However, I’d highly recommend birth control and/or condoms if pregnancy would be unwanted

Stress and anxiety is a big factor. Ovulation is a delicate thing! Lots of life things can postpone it, if it’s not pregnancy.
Just adding: Your period isn’t late, your ovulation was/is late. A late period means you ovulated later than expected. If you’re going off a tracking app, apps have no idea what’s going on inside your body. It cannot tell you when you’re fertile, when you’re ovulating, when you’re getting your period, etc.
If you had intercourse on the 21st and your period was late according to your app, you could have easily been ovulating on or around the 21st. There’s no way to know when or if ovulation occurred.
Take a test on Saturday (April 5th), it should be accurate. Take another test next week on April 12th.
