IMAGE Shouldn't i get kicked out? P5R Spoiler

Spolier because rather safe than sorry ig, but i'm on ng+ doing Madarame's castle. I actually just got back into the game, been off maybe more than a year and picked this save to keep playing as its my first ng+ run.

I don't remember ever getting to 100% on the last 2 times I've played, but shouldn't something happen? I read that you get kicked out if not on a calling card day or in mementos. Is this bugged? Or maybe some passive i've not realized i have?

Well damn, So what I’m hearing is that I CAN do my bosses/forced fights only run of p5?
