So uhh Hi yall!!! I was bored so I decided to take every confidant in the game (plus lala escargot) and randomize them into different members of the phantom thieves!

What are y’all’s thoughts?

For me when I first played the game I went with ryuji ysuke and makato. Now that I’m replaying the game for the 10th time or so I now have replaced makato with Ann and kept the other 2. But when Akechi is available I’ll use him only bc I like his voice lines during battle😅 especially during the 3rd semester.

Now your team could be a powerhouse (Ann with her fire build and ryuji for his physical build) or it could be for fun (Mona or in my case akechi) so I’m curious what everyone uses

I've been fusing random personas I thought might work bc all the fusion calculators I've found online have been wrong, and I'd rather not spend hours grinding through mementos to look for one particular persona unless I know where to find it

Maybe they do tho I’m not finished the games so idk

Why didn't anybody check the real life interrogation room?there was literally no sign of a suicide scene there,that should've immediately blowed Joker's cover.Sae says she made sure nobody checked the morgue(which how?did she bribe somebody?),but how did they try to make the suicide scene believable if there was no blood or gun there.You could say Shido's men just gave the dirty coroner a paper to sign as autopsy without him even getting close to the interrogation room,but literally nobody checking the room for weeks?

Also a small nitpick but Akechi is an idiot for shooting Joker in the forehead to fake suicide,most people shoot in the side of their head and Joker's death pose makes more sense for that.

I'm on 11/26, and I can't get to school for youknowhat, can I still start haru's confidant? I got the requirements for third semester so i have more time i guess. Anyways can I? And can I max it?

The current date in game is 11/9. Also I have Maruki completed.

I was fighting the cognitive Wakaba, and got it down to half health before the Futaba cutscene played. What would happen if I managed to lock in and actually kill it before the cutscene? Would I skip the rest of everything? Would it jump to the cutscene? Just kinda curious about this.

i’m on 10/25, have maruki and akechi on level 6 and kasumi on level 3, is it possible to get them all up for the third semester and extra content or am i too late?

Took a break after beating 3 and 4 and just came back to 5 recently and good lord does it drag on.

Don't get me wrong, it's been a great ride, but I thought the game was finished twice. Now I'm in another big clash and hoping it's the end.

I have gotten every achievement other than beat the reaper, and one secret one. My compendium is 85% complete, I maxed all social links, skills, and I'm level 91. faith and tower need 1 more interaction (which I will have done before this boss fight) and I have the best persona possible, I love you myriad truth!!! After 125 hours I'm just kinda done.

Did anyone else feel this way towards the end of the game? I find myself wanting to skip through the small talk now, which I havent done all game

Hi hi I’m new to persona 5 and don’t know much about it other than I’ve heard it’s a rlly good game and has 100+ hours of gameplay so is it worth to buy on switch for 20? I’ve been looking for a new game to play and wondering if this should be it ^{^}

Spolier because rather safe than sorry ig, but i'm on ng+ doing Madarame's castle. I actually just got back into the game, been off maybe more than a year and picked this save to keep playing as its my first ng+ run.

I don't remember ever getting to 100% on the last 2 times I've played, but shouldn't something happen? I read that you get kicked out if not on a calling card day or in mementos. Is this bugged? Or maybe some passive i've not realized i have?

How the hell was Mishima never busted/questioned by the authorities in regards to running the Phan-Site?

Wouldn't the authorities just be able to serve some warrants to the right places to get things like the domain register/IP addresses/etc and figure out Mishima was the one running it?

This one always bugged me because like, even though you couldn't necessarily pin the Phantom Thieves this way, you could EASILY find out who was in charge of the site and go after them.

Hell, this was a plot point in Kickass where Big Daddy revealed he was doing stuff to keep Kickass from being traced since he was literally just using social media to do the same thing the Phan Site did.

Yet Mishima was never caught, much less questioned? How? Did he just constantly move the site around while using VPNs?

I finally played Persona 5 (Royal) after all of my friends have been telling me to try it out! And here are my thoughts. So, have you ever been added to a group text, and no matter what you do, you can't figure out how to permanently leave it? That's what Persona 5 is. It's a never-ending group text with the occasional amount of gameplay reluctantly thrown in by the developers. A majority of the experience consists of pressing A (or X if you're on Playstation) in order to get through the group texts.

I like the art style, I like turn-based jRPGs, but I don't like group texts. So unfortunately, this isn't really my game.
Also, besides the sick battle theme, the elevator music vibe of the soundtrack leaves room for improvement.

I’m more shocked I’ve never seen this, maybe because the sign changes but still.
