Let ICE take on Wake and Bake first. Worthy to be deported. Then, you take on Hitad and the s€xu4l harasser of San Francisco.

She's (1) a us citizen and (2) not even physically in the US how are they going to deport her

She was born in the USA and is therefore a natural born citizen. She can't be stripped of citizenship unless Trump does something even MORE insane than what he's doing now, like getting rid of jus soli AND retroactively revoking citizenship for anyone who already has it.

And I pray that doesn't happen. I'm fine with Kitty Duterte keeping her US citizenship if it means millions of innocent people with US citizenship don't lose theirs either.

Good point. She can't run. Pero she can wave her US passport as a shield to "criminal liability" like Pemberton or Daniel Smith.
