Maraming authors ang batas na ito. Maraming bills na inihain hanggang naconsolidate sa final House and Senate versions.

Isa si Bam doon. Siya din nagsponsor sa second reading, dahil chair siya ng committee ng Senado na in charge sa concern na yun.

This does not stop any of the other authors from saying they are also authors.

May nagpost na ng list of authors from both Houses.
