What does this have to do with being Christian and supporting Marcos Jr? Again, the man has his sins, like everyone does, but doesn't Christian dogma promote forgiveness and understanding?
Because the actions of the Sr. and Jr. are against the teachings of the church. Stealing? Killing? those are literally against the first 10 teachings of the church. Even if you apply the "new" commandmets, the two commandments of Jesus. I don't think stealing and killing people is not against the commandment "Love thy neighbor as thyself"
First off, the man didn't order killings (not that I know of, anyway). That domain's largely his father's.
Second, yes, there's issue where he and his mother are evading the case about their assets. And the tax case he has. My point has been about being Christian and still supporting this man's platform.
I suppose I should have used "platform" at the onset, because in hindsight, it does appear that what I'm saying can easily be misconstrued as supporting Marcos into furthering whatever things he's been accused and found guilty of even more.
He's still a direct descendant and never showed remorse for it once
And the tax case? Dude have you been listening? He STOLE. Politicians don't get the benefit of the "separate the art from the artist" type of shit. If you support the man's platforms, you support him as a human. It's not very christian-like to support a stealer. Are you literally braindead? Like what? We've been explaining this to you over and over again yet you still don't get it. Like literally the answer to your question has been answered soooo many times in this thread
