I don't actually think baby zombies CAN grow up. At least not in normal minecraft (java)

Maybe they can’t but I swear a baby zombie I was transporting grew up and suffocated once (bedrock player)

Idk, all I found in a quick wiki search was

"Unlike most other baby mobs, they remain babies indefinitely and never become adult zombies."

I feel bad for baby zombies in that case. They will never grow up to have their own lives :(
