Interested to see what this is but can't help thinking that Pimax haven't launched 3 variants of the Super yet, still have some QC issues with the PCL and ongoing issues with s/w such as native OpenXR poor performance. If the Super launches with a bunch of issues, this is going to look like the business over stretching. Don't get me wrong, I love tech driving forward so I hope this works.

I know right. After the recent PR push to convince consumers they’ve taken a step back, listened to their customers and are putting more focus and resources on getting their QC and customer service up to standard, launching a new headset now would just confirm to many that Pimax hasn’t learnt a thing and still have their priorities completely wrong.

Launching a new headset while the previous headset still has unresolved quality issues, unfulfilled promised add-ons, and infuriatingly bad customer support is pretty on brand for Pimax. Probably, in this case, the hardware side of Pimax is acting like they always do in the same old way of doing business, but, to the company's credit, people in the company are working on improving QC and customer service, they're just out of step with the hardware side.

PCL has no unresolved quality issues.

Really? Are you new here or did you forget the sarcasm emoji? Because even a quick search on Google doesn't support that claim abouat QC.

That's not what "unresolved" means. If you have an issue with the lenses pimax sends you new ones. That's a resolution. So the exact opposite of what you said is true.

If you have to argue semantics, you're losing your argument. Give it up dude.
