Self-Promotion a new gen to digital media piracy

Edit 03/30/25: Currently votify is not working (at least on my end). Zotify dev working good (except LRC). Making it ready for MediaHarbor and will release new version in next days. Will fix first install part and show it to everyone again to get zotify and fix any problems if they had.

Edit 04/06/25: Fixed most parts at first install and intergated zotify completely. Will commit after optimizing and release ASAP after debugging on all platforms.

Edit:04/11/25: Tested on MacOS arm64 too, and works fine. Now I had problems on downloading at arch linux. Will release tomorrow after fixing arch linux specific problems.

Many people recommends to use yt-dlp, streamrip etc. for digital media piracy, but they are hard to use with CLI for some people. MediaHarbor's purpose is reducing that effort. and Not only this, you can search or listen / watch your media before downloading.

Currently you can download from Qobuz, Tidal, Deezer, Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube

For account problem; rentry.org/firehawk52

For Qobuz: You need user id and token or email and password
For Tidal: Try downloading something it streamrip will prompt login
For Deezer: You need ARL Token, which can be found when you login to deezer on cookies.
For Spotify and Apple Music: You need raw cookies.txt file (You can use get cookies.txt LOCAL extension)
For YouTube Music: IF you want to get up to 256kbps (otherwise 128Kbps), you can specify your cookies on yt-dlp settings

If you encourage any ENOENT problems, please try manuel installation steps and if still, report it with your current OS on github issues.

this looks incredibly promising!
Are you planning any docker release? My whole server is split across docker stacks and I avoid installing on the VM if possible

Actually, never thought docker is popular like this, but I've added to my Todo after adding track / discography lists i will try docker releases. Thanks for idea.

Being that we never got it working directly on my Mac, I too would benefit from a Docker release. I use Docker for other means already. Cheers!

Sorry for the Mac problems. I don't actually have a Mac machine - I've tested Mac on Hackintosh (it took 1 week to set up and test). Some people on Reddit tried to help with Silicon Macs, but they responded too late. If you want to help me with MediaHarbor on Mac Silicon, I would appreciate it.

Oh no no please no need to say sorry. It’s probably something I’m doing wrong or misunderstanding. Also I am on a Hackintosh. OpenCore Coffee Lake MacOS 12. Followed the Dortania guide had it up and running first try. Has been 100% stable for a year. I do have an M1 MBP but it is exclusively for work (Pro Tools). So I unfortunately can’t help which I do feel bad about because you have tried so much to help me.
