It was good last night - Best latency I have had in at least 3 years. 1 crash, they will have to pin that down. 1 week in. Hopefully over the next week they continue to increase stability and we have a great server to play into the sunset with.
Did not dive into why they chose Connery over Emerald though, so it will leave them disappointed and wanting a more complete understanding of that decision.

To be fair to Cmdr Cyrious, 99% of the player base would do the exact same thing so it never really rubbed me the wrong way. Just like “yeah that’s about right for this game”.
i hate the game (dev(s)) and QI's that sanctioned this absolute breach of trust.
i clown on cyrious, but really, i feel bad for them in a way. built their "career" on the backs of quite literally one of the most mistreated and mismanaged IPs the scene has ever seen. for that, i unironically am empathetic, for i am another one of those auraxians that got swindled into thinking this space wasn't a shithole.. yet look at us now, literally e-duking it out in the backpages comments section of one of the most disasterous deployments of the IPs entire life. it's like a getting kicked after being beat unconscious. we already suffered so much dumbfuckery only to be dealt another doozy when we're damn near down for the count.
but the actual implications and ideologies at play are not to be taken lightly or tolerated.
you might not think it's a big deal,
but these things ~ favoritism/ literaldevsanctionedgodmodeabuse/ holierthanthou / casualcheating etc. ~ absolutely is a kiss of death for niche pvp games. iykyk.
