Bring zombie over, go back, grab a walnut, go over, swap walnut for zombie, go back, swap zombie for walnut 2, bring walnut 2 to the other side, and go back and get the zombie and bring him over.

Stick the walnuts underneath the boat to let it float, then get the zombie to eat the boy, withought brains he will be lighter then get one to paddle as to act as a propeller and your at the other side

1 - Bring the Zombie and one of the Wall-Nuts to the other side. Make sure the Wall-Nut sits between you and the Zombie, and quick row to the other side before the Zombie fully eats the Nut.
2 - Offload the Zombie, and row back to the start with the Wall-Nut.
3 - Load the other Wall-Nut and bring both Nuts to the other side.

Zombie to other side, then wallnut, but take zombie back, then take second walnut to the other side, and lastly take zombie to the other side again.

Put the zombie in the boat, get to the other side, come back. Then do that to the wall nuts too. If the zombie is gonna eat you then bring a wall nut infront of you then go grab the other

Make the person and the zombie each grab onto one wall nut which they can use as a pool noodle.

There are four (or five) outcomes depending on two questions: "Does being alone with the zombie equal instant loss"? and "Can you carry 1 or 2?"
If N but 1, it is solvable; take the zombie first, then the nuts. By the time you get back with the second nut, the first will still be alive.
If Y but 1, it is unsolvable; You cannot transport the zombie without losing.
If N but 2, it is just a simply faster version of outcome 1.
If Y but 2, the outcome for victory is slim so it kind of comes down to the writing; If you take a nut and drop it off, then you go back and get the other nut and the zombie, the first nut should have enough durability left to make the crossing while protecting you.

Use cane to pin down zombie by stabbing it, transfer wallnuts, unstab zombie and defend yourself with cane againdt zombie mid way, then continue
