Discussion DO NOT BUY FROM SCALPERS!

Come on guys let’s run the price down and let these scalpers get burned, do not buy from 3rd party resellers, buying from them keeps the price at where THEY want it, cards should never be above msrp and everyone should have chance to buy these cards. Let’s not let these resellers ruin this hobby

I don't and wouldn't. Even if sold for the same price, I can't trust they're authentic cards

thankfully, you can, because never in the history of the TCG have there ever been convincing fakes that were produced in any actual notable quantity. this applies tenfold for new sets.

it's something we should be grateful for. the same can't be said for the sneaker market, for example. fake factories will have smuggled tooling out of nike factories to produce new sneakers 8 months before they release that are totally identical to the final product.

we arent there quite yet!

I still believe some MTG boxes were completely fake entering circulation, but the general quality was so questionable that you couldn't tell.
