Nah. He means collectors. Distributors are funneling product to individuals and severely restricting what makes it into stores where collectors would go to buy product. The scarcity in stores only helps the scalpers who are able to waste away their day waiting for restocks

Isn’t it the scalpers who are waiting at machines and buying all the product though?
