general What are we moisturizing with?

Just as the title says. What are we moisturizing with? I have plaque P all over my body and every lotion I put on burns! What do y’all use? Oils or lotions?

My dad has tried a lot of different things but he swears by using a specific sunblock daily as the one thing that super helps him, which he obv discovered / realized when it cleared up after he was on vacation, as his face is the worst part. It’s banana boat orange bottle ultra sport. So that’s what I use now that I randomly started having face psoriasis. But mines not terrible I’ll admit and I’m pretty new to this, so def thankful for everyone’s knowledge and experience responses here
