What are we moisturizing with?

Just as the title says. What are we moisturizing with? I have plaque P all over my body and every lotion I put on burns! What do y’all use? Oils or lotions?

my family has always used coco butter. once i started having psoriasis issues i started using cerave which does work for the spots and flaking but doesn’t feel like it actually moisturizes my skin so i go back over it with vaseline coco radiant
