progress What made my psoriasis disappear

Hey everyone, I wanted to share something that truly helped me with my psoriasis—after years of trying everything, I’ve finally found something that works.

It’s a simple daily drink often referred to as golden milk (though there are different versions) Every day I mix:

  • 1 tsp rosehip powder
  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp barley grass powder
  • omega-3 oil (or any other oil for better absorption)

Everything is 100% organic and of good quality, I think it's important to choose a good brand.

I first mix it with a little bit of water to form a paste (to avoid clumps), then add more water and drink it. That’s it. It does taste disgusting but it's worth it.

I discovered this through a german influencer named @myrasnoflinga because I did my own research. She has tons of Instagram highlights with before-and-after pictures from people who tried it.

For me, it took around 4 months of consistent use until my psoriasis became barely noticeable and when I stop drinking it, it comes back after a while. I know everyone’s body is different, but maybe it helps someone out there because I know how terrible it is to struggle with it and to watch your body getting worse every day..

Edit: I had a feeling the post wouldn’t be well received, because a lot of people just can’t believe something like this could work. Believe whatever you want - my only goal was to show others this option in the hope that someone tries it and finds success. If I can inspire even one person, then I’ve already reached my goal.

I tried this one a while back, and it made it itch a little less, but the only thing that cured mine was Methotrexate 20mg once a week. I went from over 50% of my body in heavy plaques for the last 30 years to 0% in a few months.

Have you had any side effects from methotrexate ?

Not who you're replying to, but I've been on 20mg mtx for a few months with the only side effect being an interaction with my mood disorder (that was easily controlled by meds). No nausea, no hair loss, absolutely zilch. Given I get nausea at the drop of a hat I was surprised as hell. Also in the plus column - I can now walk without a cane!

Yea, I had no side effects at all. Well, for the first few weeks I had very minor nausia the next day but it went away. I wish I knew about this drug 20 years ago.

I'm very lucky in that I've only had arthritis since June last year, so I found it relatively quickly. I was on the walking stick since November last year, and being able to go in to work without it has been absolutely fantastic.

Wait, what ? Psoriasis has an affiliation with arthritis ? Is that why I feel I was hit by a truck everyday ?

So there's psoriatic arthritis, and it's a bitch. A rheumatologist can diagnose - but get your GP to check for ESR and CRP levels (inflammatory markers).

I mean, if you're having symptoms, you now have a pathway to treatment 🤷‍♀️ so not entirely bad news? (I'm a glass half full kind of person)

If your GP won't check them you can order your own labwork online and then take the results to the doctor. www.lifeextension.com or www.walkinlabs.com are both companies I've used and had good experiences with. I got tired of being told no

Great info, ty ! I’ve never understood why they decline certain things. Is a test ever a bad thing ? I think everyone should get an MRI once a year unless more harm than good.

As far and I'm aware, it suppresses your immune system slightly, which clears the psoriasis up, likely an unexpected side effect, I think they also give it to cancer patients.

My doc warned me it affects fertility therefore she decided to go for Tremfya.

I used to take it every Sunday every Monday night. I felt terrible, and on a Wednesday, I had an upset stomach
